The board of the Energomontaż – Południe S.A. (the Issuer) informs that on 23rd February 2009 the company received an order from the German company - E. ON Anlagenservice GmbH whose value amounts to about EUR 3.9 million, and that according to the exchange rate on the day of submitting the present report equals about PLN 18.4 million.

In relation to the current report No. 113/2008 published on 30th December 2008 the Board of Energomontaż Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) informs that on 28th January 2009 the Company sold the underground garage with 130 parking places to ING Lease (Poland) and realised a cession of securities resulting from agreements concerning the lease of office-services areas of the subjective real estate in Wrocław. The Company informed about the obligation of the Issuer in the current report, of which mention has been made above.
