Terms concerning the publication of periodical reports in 2009
Acting in accordance with § 100 par. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance dated 19th October 2005 on current and periodical information presented by the issuers of securities (The Ordinance) the Board of Energomontaż Południe S.A. shall make known to the public dates concerning the publication of periodical reports in the year 2009.
Extended consolidated quarterly reports containing the quarterly financial information:
IV quarter 2008 - 26.02.2009
I quarter 2009 - 14.05.2009
II quarter 2009 - 12.08.2009
III quarter 2009 - 12.11.2009
Extended consolidated half-year report containing abridged half-year financial report:
I half-year 2009 - 29.09.2009
Annual reports:
Singular annual report for the year 2008 - 01.06.2009
Consolidated annual report for the year 2008 - 01.06.2009
Simultaneously the Company shall inform that in the year 2009 it shall continue to submit extended consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, of which mention has been made in § 87 par. 1 of the Ordinance as well as the extended consolidated half-year report containing half-year financial report, of which mention has been made in § 87 par.4 of the Ordinance.
