List of shareholders holding 5 per cent or more of the votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. on 14 June 2010

PBG S.A. held 17,743,002 shares, providing entitlement to 17,743,002 votes, corresponding to 25 per cent of the total votes in the Company and 45.81 per cent of the votes at the above Meeting.

Renata Gasinowicz held 10,468,518 shares, providing entitlement to 10,468,518 votes, corresponding to 14.75 per cent of total votes in the Company and 27.03 per cent of the votes at the above Meeting.

Stanisław Gasinowicz held 3,946,999 shares, providing entitlement to 3,946,999 votes, corresponding to 5.56 per cent of total votes in the Company and 10.19 per cent of the votes at the above Meeting.

AH Energy Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych held 2,886,485 shares, providing entitlement to 2,886,485 votes, corresponding to 4.07 per cent of total votes in the Company and 7.45 per cent of the votes at the above Meeting.

Radosław Kamiński held 2,485,000 shares, providing entitlement to 2,485,000 votes, corresponding to 3.50 per cent of total votes in the Company and 6.42 per cent of the votes at the above Meeting.
