Change on the Position of the Chairman of the Issuer’s Management Board
Acting in accordance with §5 sec.1 point 21 and point 22 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodical information [...], the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe SA in Katowice (the Issuer, the Company) informs that, on 29th April 2009, Mr Wojciech Nazarek, acting as the Chair of the Issuer’s Management Board, handed in his resignation from his position. The reason for his resignation was his intention to start running his own commercial activity. The Company’s Supervisory Board thanked the Chairman for his contribution to the Company’s development and accepted his resignation.
Simultaneously, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board appointed the former Vice-Chairman of the Management Board and Director General Mr Andrzej Hołda as the Chairman of the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe SA, which will ensure the Company’s continuous development. The Issuer informs that talks on the appointment of individual Management Board positions are currently in their final stage. Simultaneously, the Company informs that all managerial positions are assigned to the personnel of long experience. The résumé of the managing person is presented below.
