The Capital Group is made up of Energomontaż-Południe SA, as the parent company, and its subsidiary Modus II Sp. z o.o., which is of little significance to the operations of the Group. Energomontaż-Południe SA holds 100 per cent of the share capital of Modus II Sp. z o.o., which amounts to PLN 100,000 and is divided into 200 shares with a nominal value of PLN 500 each.
