Mr Waldemar Barański has extensive professional experience, including in managing a business cooperating with foreign partners and carrying out tasks related to the oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals and energy sectors, as well as environmental protection and infrastructure. He is also experienced in winning contracts in accordance with a company's business profile, particularly outside Poland. He is also skilled in finding foreign partners for cooperation on large-scale turn-key projects (arranged as a consortium, joint venture, nominated subcontractor, etc.) and obtaining financing facilities for contracts which have been concluded - including from foreign institutions. He has supervised the performance of various types of contracts (prefabrication and delivery, assembly, construction), especially abroad and with the participation of foreign partners, and has managed turn-key projects in the refinery and petrochemicals sector.
