On 26 August 2011 Mr Radosław Kamiński was appointed to the post of Vice President of the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. 

Mr Radosław Kamiński was born in 1975. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained a master's degree in management and marketing.

From 1998-2006 he gained professional experience as a stockbroker on institutional customer services teams in a number of brokerage houses. The first was Fortis Securities Polska S.A. In 2000 he went over to CA IB Securities S.A., and then to ABN AMRO Securities (Polska) S.A., where he worked until 2003. From 2003-2006 he worked for Dom Maklerski Banku Handlowego S.A.

From 2006 to the present he has been engaged in private investments. He also runs his own business, which is not competitive in relation to the business of Energomontaż-Południe S.A.
