Mr Krzysztof Jan Diduch does not conduct any activities other than those stated above, including those which might be considered competitive towards the Issuer, and does not participate in rival companies as a partner of a civil or private partnership or as a member of the corporate bodies of an incorporated entity or another competitive legal entity. He is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
