Energomontaż-Południe SA supports Silesian sports events

„We give our energy to produce the new one" - it is a slogan of our Company that reflects perfectly our contribution and engagement in development of the regional sport.

As a company, we understand that success comprises of years of work and experience and we hope that our support for sportsmen will give them part of our positive energy, passion and perseverance at striving to reach a goal.

In May this year Energomontaż-Południe SA joined in sponsoring a few significant sports events.

Our Company supported V Polish Nationwide Licence Methodical and Training Conference of Basketball (22-23 May this year) organised by AZS AWF in Katowice. During this event a match of academic team from USA - "Athlets in Action" - with the Silesian Representation and youth representation of Poland took place. Mr. Andrzej Hołda, the President of our Company, was a guest of honour.

As a chief sponsor, Energomontaż-Południe supported organisation of international tennis tournament - ITF Men's Futures that took place at PRO-TEN tennis court in Katowice-Janów. There were single and double matches. Apart from „professionals" fighting for victory in the main tournament, there were many interesting accompanying events (journalists' tournament, Katowice Cup tournaments of young tennis players, tournaments of „the little"), and among these events the Tournament of Stars and Invited Guests took place, where Mr. Tadeusz Torbus, Technical Director, turned out for EP. 

EP SA is also a sponsor of GKS Katowice football club, and tickets for matches of the team are very popular among employees of our Company. It's worth adding that one of the last meeting, highlight of the round - match with Widzew Łódź - was watched by about 90 thousand people in the TV. Energomontaż took advantage of this opportunity of promotion. This time EP logo, apart from the banner, appeared at scrimmage vests of "young GKS team" that helped in appropriate course of the whole event.
