Registering the increase of the company's share capital

On 7 October 2008, the District Court in Katowice registered the increase of the company's share capital due to the issue of shares through the contribution of D series ordinary bearer shares. Following the registration, the share capital of Energomontaż-Południe SA is PLN 48,390,000.00 and is divided into 48,390,000 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each share.
