Dividend for 2007
On 6 June 2008, The General Meeting of Shareholders of Energomontaż-Południe SA decided to allocate the amount of PLN 4,400,000 from the Company's profit accomplished in 2007 for the payment of dividend to shareholders. The dividend will amount to PLN 0.10 per share. The date when the right to dividend will be determined has been set for 3 July 2008, and the date of the dividend payment has been set for 18 July 2008.
