Purchase of land property in Opole

On 29 April 2008 Energomontaż-Południe SA purchased land properties located in Opole district, Wójtowa Wieś. Total purchase price of 8 ha building lots amounted to PLN 9.6m. The aim of the purchase is Company's real estate project with estimated 42.000 m2 of floor space or commercialization of the area.
