Acquisition of 60% stake in AMONTEX
Agreement on acquisition of 60% stake in PM AMONTEX Sp. z o.o.
On 21 April 2008 Energomontaż-Południe SA signed agreement on acquisition of 60% stake in PM AMONTEX Sp. z o.o. Purchase price of the above mentioned shares amounts to PLN 19.0m in cash plus bonus depending on net profit gained by AMONTEX for 2008. For the rest 40% of shares Energomontaż-Południe SA will pay PLN 13.8m with its own shares of D series, which issue price will be average closing quotations for June 2008. Maximum purchase price of 100% stake in AMONTEX amounts to PLN 34.5m.
