Energomontaż Południe SA made contribution to its subsidiary company CK Modus Sp. z o.o.
On 7th November 2007, Energomontaż-Południe SA made contribution in land to its subsidiary company CK Modus Sp. z o.o. in exchange for taking 31,700 new shares in CK Modus Sp. z o.o. The new shares were taken at their nominal price of PLN 500.00 each, in total PLN 15,850,000.
