Fusion of Energomontaż-Południe SA and Wica-Invest Sp. z o.o.

 

On the 1st of October fusion of Energomontaż-Południe SA and Wica-Invest Sp. z o.o was registered.
The fusion was led in form of takeover. In result whole property of Wica-Invest was transfered to Energomontaż-Południe SA without increasing of its capital.
Wica-Invest Sp. z o.o. was daughter company of Energomontaż-Południe established to run the housing estate investment "Legnicka Park Popowice" in Wrocław.
