At the turn of July and August, The Company is planning to start new, PLN 80 mln worth housing investment.
First stage includes builing of house estate located in Ligota - southern district of Katowice. Total value of investment, which is divided to three stages, amounts PLN 300 mln. Completing of works of all three stages is planned for 2010. Energomontaż-Południe SA is Principal Contractor of the investment
