On September 17, 2013, the District Court Katowice-East in Katowice X Economic Department validated its decision that became effective on September 10, 2013 regarding changing the insolvency status of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. from corporate voluntary arrangement into liquidation bankruptcy dated August 28, 2013.
