The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer) conveys the list of information specified in Art. 56 par. 1 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organised Trading System and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005, made available to the public in 2011. The original reports are at the Issuer's head office in Katowice at ul. Mickiewicza 15, and are also available on the website at www.energomontaz.pl.
The Issuer also makes it known that some information contained in the enclosed list may be out of date.
