Receipt of conditional order for the execution of work on the LNG terminal in Swinoujscie
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. ("the Issuer") hereby reports that on 10 April 2012 it accepted for execution an order from the Consortium formed by the firms Saipem, Techint and PBG ("the Consortium" or "the Customer"). The subject of the order is the performance by the Issuer of mechanical works on the LNG terminal in Swinoujscie. The value of the contract is PLN 61 million. The period for performance of the works is from June 2012 until the end of November 2013.
The order's becoming legally binding is conditional upon no protest against it being made by the final customer, which is Polskie LNG S.A.
Following the placing of the Order a final agreement will be concluded that governs all aspects required for its implementation. The fulfilment or otherwise of the above condition and the conclusion of the final agreement will be reported on by the Issuer in a separate report.
