Signing of an annex to an agreement with HDI Asekuracja Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń S.A. on the provision of contractual guarantees

In reference to Current Report No. 78/2011 of 28 October 2011 concerning the accession, by ENERGOMONTAZ-POŁUDNIE S.A. with its registered office in Katowice (the Issuer, the Company), to an agreement on the provision of contractual guarantees concluded on 30 December 2010 between HDI Asekuracja Towarzystwo Ubecpieczeń S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (HDI) and companies from the PBG Capital Group, to which agreement the Issuer acceded in October 2011 (the Agreement), the Management Board of the Issuer announces that on 13 February 2012 it signed an annex (the Annex) to the Agreement.

Under the Annex, the life of the Agreement is prolonged to 14 November 2012, with the possibility of the Agreement being terminated by any of the parties giving 30 days' notice of termination.

In accordance with the Annex, the amount of the revolving limit within which the above guarantees will be provided is increased by PLN 10 million and now amounts to PLN 90 million, while the maximum guarantee sum of compensation under a single guarantee is PLN 4 million.

The other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
