Conclusion of annexes to the cooperation agreement with BRE Bank S.A.

With reference to Current Report No. 64/2009 of 26 November 2009 on the conclusion of an annex to the Cooperation Agreement concluded between Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer) and BRE Bank S.A. (the Bank) on 2 August 2004, under which the Limit to which the Company had the right to use certain products of the Bank until 31 July 2011 was increased to PLN 18 million, the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) announces that it has received annexes to the above Cooperation Agreement, signed by both parties, pursuant to which the Company makes use of those Bank products, i.e. guarantees, current account credit and working capital credit. Under the annexes concluded, the amount of the above Limit concerning Bank products has been increased to PLN 20 million, and the period for which the Limit is in force has been extended to 31 July 2012. The Company's use of credit on the current account in an amount not exceeding PLN 6 million and of working capital credit in an amount not exceeding PLN 4 million has been extended for a period of one year, and the maximum amount of the guarantees granted by the Bank has been increased by PLN 2 million to the amount of PLN 10 million. The remaining contractual provisions remain unamended.
