Appointment of the entity authorised to audit the financial statements

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the "Company", the "Issuer") announces that, on 28 June 2011, the Supervisory Board of the Company chose the company Grant Thornton Frąckowiak spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa to review the non-consolidated financial statements of the Company and the consolidated financial statements of the Energomontaż-Południe Capital Group (the "Capital Group") for the first six months of 2011, and to audit the non-consolidated financial statements of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. for 2011 and the consolidated financial statements of the Capital Group for 2011.
An agreement is to be concluded for the period covering the performance of the actions stated above.
Grant Thornton Frąckowiak spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Poznań at pl. Wiosny Ludów 2 is an entity authorised to audit financial statements, and is entered on the list kept by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under number 3654. The entity chosen has not as yet engaged in cooperation with the Issuer with respect to auditing non-consolidated and consolidated annual financial statements, reviewing non-consolidated and consolidated mid-year financial statements, or auditing financial forecasts, and has not rendered any other consulting services for the Issuer.
The choice of entity authorised to audit the financial statements was made by the Supervisory Board pursuant to Article 17 par. 2 pt. 5 of the Statute of Energomontaż-Południe S.A., in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
