Order from Hitachi Power Europe GmbH for assembly works in pressurized part of boiler in Rotterdam power station

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company, the Contractor) announces that on 6 May 2011 the Company received an order from Hitachi Power Europe GmbH (the Client) for carrying out assembly works in the pressurized part of a boiler in the power station in Rotterdam, Holland.

The value of the order is EUR 3.98 million (equivalent to approximately PLN 15.8 million based on the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of the date of publication of this report). The contract will be performed from June to November 2011.

Contractual penalties for delays in completing the works are limited to 5 per cent of the value of the contract.
Any disputes which may arise in connection with the contract shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Germany.

Taking this order into account, the Company's order portfolio now has an estimated value of approximately PLN 401.6 million (including export orders of approx. EUR 82.2 million). The value of the order portfolio was calculated based on the EUR exchange rates applied by the Issuer for order calculation purposes.
