On 20 April 2011 as a result of the conclusion of the procedure for a public contract concerning the "Programme for Modernisation of Pyrometallurgy - Part construction of target facilities, dismantling as well as relocation and connection of appliances and installation in the initial stage of the performance. Construction and adaptation of staff and workshop rooms", the Construction Company Amontex Sp. z o.o. (subsidiary of Energomontaż-Południe S.A.) won the tender for performance of the foregoing task.

The task includes dismantlement of steel constructions, disassembly of pipelines and then laying foundations of flyovers as well as deliveries and erection of the flyovers' constructions together with earthworks and lightning protection system.

The order's value amounts to about PLN 25.3 million and the period of its performance is from May this year to the end of 2011.

The investment shall be performed for Dolnośląska Fabryka Maszyn ZANAM-LEGMET Sp. z o.o. which belongs to the Capital Group KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
