List of shareholders holding at least 5 per cent of the votes at the EGMS of Energomontaż-Południe S.A.

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Company, the Issuer) hereby publicly discloses a list of shareholders present or represented by proxies at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Issuer held on 20 December 2010, 27 December 2010 and 13 January 2011 and holding at least 5 per cent of the votes at that meeting.

On each day of the meeting, Ms Renata Gasinowicz held 14,504,179 shares carrying an entitlement to 14,504,179 votes, i.e. 20.44 per cent of the total number of votes in the Company and 64.23 per cent of the votes at the above-mentioned General Meeting of Shareholders.

On each day of the meeting, Mr Stanisław Gasinowicz held 5,488,485 shares providing entitlement to 5,488,485 votes, i.e. 7.73 per cent of the total number of votes in the Company and 24.31 per cent of the votes at the above-mentioned General Meeting of Shareholders.

On each day of the meeting, Mr Radosław Kamiński held 2,587,000 shares providing entitlement to 2,587,000 votes, i.e. 3.65 per cent of the total number of votes in the Company and 11.46 per cent of the votes at the above-mentioned General Meeting of Shareholders.
