Statement of the Management Board of the Company
The Management Board of the Company would like to assure all business partners, shareholders and market observers that the changes to the Management Board of the Company will not have a negative effect on the Company's day-to-day operations and that the transfer of leadership in the Company is taking place in a normal and professional manner.
We are also strongly convinced that, under new leadership, the Company will be even better able to fulfil people's expectations regarding its operational activities.
The Supervisory Board of the Company will determine the new composition of the Management Board as soon as possible.
