The Company being selected to carry out work at the GKM Mannheim 9 power plant in Germany and at the Eemshaven power plant in Holland

The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) announces that on 1 December 2010 it was informed that the Company has been selected by Alstom Power Systems GmbH as the contractor for work with a total value of approx. EUR 35.7 million (the equivalent of approx. PLN 142.5 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as at the date of this report). The most valuable project, worth approx. EUR 25.4 million, involves assembling the pressurised section of a 911 MW boiler with peripheral boiler pipes at the GKM Mannheim 9 power plant in Germany. Another project will involve the Issuer assembling exhaust fume and air ducts for the A+B power units in Eemshaven in Holland.

According to preliminary arrangements, the period assigned for carrying out the above-mentioned tasks runs from the end of 2010 to the first quarter of 2013.
Other details relating to the performance of the above-mentioned tasks will be given in relevant orders. The Issuer will announce the receipt of the orders in separate notices.
Taking into account the above-mentioned orders, the estimated value of the Company's order portfolio amounts to approx. PLN 674.1 million (with export orders for the future worth approx. EUR 68 million). The value of the portfolio was calculated on the basis of the euro exchange rates applied by the Issuer for calculating the orders.
