Energomontaż-Południe SA at the Employers and Enterprise Fair
On 21 October 2010, at the Congress & Education Centre of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, an Employers and Enterprise Fair was held.
Because of Energomontaż-Południe SA's acknowledged position on the Polish and global power production and power industry markets, as well as the great interest among students in working for our company, we were again invited to participate in this important regional event.
Once again, we were convinced of how great the need is for such direct, personal contact between employer and employee, and how it facilitates the transfer of knowledge and human resources between the business and academic communities.
As usual, the Fair was met with keen interest not only among students, but also among leading representatives of the business community in our province, as well as politicians and the media. The Fair was opened by the Rector of the University, Professor Andrzej Karbownik, and the Mayor of Gliwice, Zygmunt Frankiewicz.
The event was an excellent occasion for us to present our company as a partner whose greatest asset is people acting with passion and dedication - for indeed, in exchange for the opportunity to gain experience and the prestige of working for us, graduates of technical schools share with us their youthful enthusiasm, new ideas, and the specialist knowledge they have acquired during their studies.
We hope that the great interest shown in our display during the Gala will result in our obtaining young, ambitious employees, for this will certainly bear fruit in future technological development at EP and in our being perceived even more as a growing, experienced and reliable partner.
