Energomontaż-Południe S.A. is offering the following investment properties for sale:

Katowice Wojska Polskiego St./Wilczewskiego St. (Piotrowice district)

The investment site offered for sale consists of 3 plots with the total area of 8 261 square meters (plot no. 252 land register KA1K/00004135/5; plot no. 253 and no. 255 land register KA1K/00025270/6).
A site with a building permit. The planned investment project comprises 9 small three-storey multi-family buildings with the total of 50 flats. The total usable area is 3 533 square meters. The project envisages the construction of an underground garage with parking spaces for 56 cars.
The project is characterized by modern architecture: flat roofs, light-coloured façade, large glazed areas, winter gardens. To make the apartments more attractive, each apartment on the ground floor will have a kitchen garden and each apartment on upper floors will have a terrace.
The site is equipped with all necessary utilities.

Energomontaż-Południe SA, Katowice-Piotrowice
Piotrowice - the southern district of Katowice is situated 7 km away from the city centre. The DK 81Road , which links Katowice and Skoczów, runs across Piotrowice, providing convenient communication links with the city centre and other national roads. The building structures are very diverse - there are both high-rise estates and detached houses. Apart from being a residential area, it fulfils educational and recreational functions as well.

The area is 4.5 km away from the very centre of the city.
