On 23 July 2010, Energomontaż-Południe SA will join the Liquidity Support Programme. The Company meets all the requirements of the programme as specified in Resolution No. 502/2008 of the Management Board of the Exchange on the Liquidity Support Programme of 23 June 2008 (as amended), i.e.:

• it holds agreements with the Issuer's market makers, currently Dom Maklerski BZ WBK SA, Beskidzki Dom Maklerski SA, Dom Maklerski IDM SA and Copernicus Securities SA,
• on its corporate website, it runs an investor relations section in both Polish and English, in accordance with the requirements of the Warsaw Stock Exchange,
• it actively makes use of the internet service available at www.gpwinfostrefa.pl.
