Curtailment of the validity of a credit agreement with BRE Bank S.A.
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer or Company) announces that on 21 June 2010 the Company concluded an annex to a working capital credit agreement with BRE Bank S.A. (Annex), the conclusion of which the Issuer reported in Current Report No. 23/2010 of 14 April 2010. Pursuant to this Annex, the timeframe in which the Issuer is able to avail himself of the funds in this credit has been curtailed. At the same time, the parties decided to change the deadline for the repayment of the credit from 30 November 2010 to 22 June 2010.
The Issuer reports that the curtailment of the validity of the above-mentioned credit agreement with BRE Bank S.A. is due to a change in the concept of how to make best use of the funds serving as collateral for the credit in question. At the same time, the Company reports that the funds under the credit agreement with BRE BANK S.A. had not yet been released by the date of publication of this report, so that the Issuer has only borne the cost of preparing the agreement for signing.
