In line with earlier announcements, the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe SA expects to dispose this year of half of its 220 residential units in the Książęce Estate in Katowice Ligota. Because of the long winter, the start of sales will be delayed by one month. If sales go according to plan, the group can clear an additional PLN 4 million.

Energomontażu-Południe SA's portfolio of orders currently contains contracts with a total value of about PLN 500 million, of which more than PLN 300 million are to be performed this year. The company is counting on further contracts being concluded within the next two or three months. It is fighting to win an order in Bełchatów worth several hundred million zlotys. Further orders may also be won from Germany.
