Acting on the basis of Section 38 par. 1 pt. 2b of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information [...] of 19 February 2009, the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) attaches hereto the uniform text of the Statute of the company, the content of which was approved on 25 March 2010 by a resolution of the Issuer's Supervisory Board adopted on the basis of an authorisation granted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders as contained in Resolution No. 3 of 22 September 2009.
