New commission and expansion of the Energomontaż-Południe S.A. capital group
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. has announced that with regard to conclusion of the negotiations with Steinmϋller Instandsetzung Kraftwerke GmbH, on 9th February 2010, the German party sent a letter of intent in which it expressed its willingness to commission the Katowice-based company to perform the assembly works under modernisation of unit no. 5 at PGE Kopalnia Węgla Brunatnego Bełchatów S.A. The commission value is ca. PLN 19.5 million.
Within the next two months, a decision on incorporation of two companies into the Energomontaż-Południe S.A. group is expected to be made. President Andrzej Hołda has announced that one of the said companies is a small engineering enterprise whereas the second one is a well-known Polish construction company, yet smaller than Energomontaż-Południe S.A. For the sake of the acquisitions planned, the Company can spend at lest PLN 50 million obtained from the recent issue of 22.6 million shares.
