The Company received a commission submitted by Alstom Power Systems GmbH for delivery of ventilating mills with packages of consumables for the Ledvice power plant in the Czech Republic.

The value of the commission is ca. EUR 3.3 million. The commission  is to be performed within the period from April 2010 until September 2011.

Taking the foregoing commission into consideration, the estimated value of the Company's portfolio of orders is ca. PLN 382.5 million.
