The Issuer hereby announces the fact of having renounced the intention to publish a periodical report for the 2nd half of the year 2010.
The Issuer also announces that, in the year 2010, they shall keep publishing the extended consolidated quarterly reports comprising quarterly financial information referred to in paragraph 83, section 1 of the Decree, and the extended consolidated half-year report comprising a brief half-year financial statement, referred to in paragraph 83, section 3 of the Decree.
