“One company is being observed"
The President of the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A., Mr. Andrzej Hołda, announced that the financial standing of one of engineering companies is currently being verified.
The decision whether the new entity will join the capital group is expected within a month. Its value should not exceed PLN 50 million. The funds required for that purpose are to be obtained from the January issue of shares.
As we have already reported, Energomontaż-Południe S.A. is also interested in two other companies specialised in power engineering construction. The companies are claimed to be comparable in size to the Katowice-based enterprise.
As President Hołda declared in the Parkiet daily paper, the group's capabilities and the contracts concluded imply that, in this year, it may attain ca. PLN 400 million in sales and its revenues will not be lower than PLN 350-360 million.
