"Commission for more than PLN 5 million"
In the Parkiet magazine, Mr. Andrzej Hołda, the President of Energomontaż-Południe SA, revealed that two enterprises expected to merge with the joint stock company are comparable to it in size. No decisions have yet been made as to how the company will fund the potential transactions and what principles will apply.
It is known, however, that the funds assumed for that purpose will come to PLN 50 million from the January issue of shares for the PBG Group planned and they will be increased by the funds received from the sales of apartments at the Osiedle Książece housing estate in Katowice.
