Conditional commission of G+H Schallschutz GmbH
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (Issuer, Company) hereby announces that on 8th December 2009, it received information on submission of a commission by a German company G+H Schallschutz GmbH based in Ludwigshafen for manufacture and delivery of the vertical section of the flue gas ducts to be assemble at the RWE VGT-KEM Power Plant in Lingen, Germany. The value of the said commission is ca. EUR 1.3 million which corresponds to ca. PLN 5.3 million in accordance with the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland as of the report date. The commission is to be performed within the period from mid January until August 2010. The commission shall be officially granted provided that the main project investor, i.e. RWE Power AG, executes a successful audit of the Issuer's main manufacturing facility - the Industrial Production Plant in Będzin Łagisza. The audit should take place at the beginning of the next year. The commission also comprises an option extending the scope of works to be performed by manufacture and delivery of the horizontal section of the flue gas ducts for the said power plant. The right to use the option for the additional commission has been vested for a period until 31st December 2009. In the event of undertaking the extended option of the commission, the overall value of the works to be performed may be increased to ca. EUR 3.4 million.
The G+H Schallschutz company is a subsidiary of the VINCI Energies group with which the Issuer is willing to renew the collaboration.
