With reference to current report no. 74/2008 of 1st August 2008, the Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (Issuer, Company) hereby announces that on 25th November 2009, the Company received a bilaterally signed annex to the collaboration agreement concluded by the Issuer and BRE Bank S.A. (Bank) on 2nd August 2004. Pursuant to the annex, the Bank shall increase the Limit under which the Company is entitled to use the bank's products, i.e. guarantees, credits on the current account and operating credits, up to the amount of PLN 18 million. The increased Limit has been granted for the period until 31st July 2011. Under the Limit granted, three product sub-limits have been specified. The Issuer shall be entitled to use bank guarantees (issued for periods not longer than 3 years) up to the amount of PLN 8 million, a credit on the current account in the amount not exceeding PLN 6 million as well as operating credits not exceeding PLN 4 million. The credit interest is to be based on the WIBOR rate for one-month deposits in the relevant currency increased by the Bank's margin.
In relation to the increase of the available Limit, the Issuer shall increase the maximum mortgage in accordance with the previous mortgage registration up to the amount of PLN 23.4 million.
