Plans of PLN 8 million of gross profit and acquisitions of entities in the sector

The sale of apartments at the Osiedle Książęce housing estate in Katowice-Ligota may bring PLN 8 million of gross profit to the Energomontaż-Południe Group.
If the company succeeds in finding purchasers for all 220 apartments, in the year 2010, the consolidated profit may exceed the unitary one. One must remember that the returns on investment can only be reported after the apartments are disposed of by the Group. The works at the Osiedle Książęce housing estate are conducted in favour of the CK-Modus subsidiary.

The next stage of the investment performance in Katowice, covering erection of the commercial and service section of the estate, is to be commenced after the apartments built under the first stage of the project have been sold. The works are planned to have been completed by the end of the next year.

The President of the Management Board, Mr. Andrzej Hołda, has also announced that  as of the end of the year 2009, the Company's portfolio of orders will comprise contracts for at least PLN 700 million, and it is still possible that the year is closed with contracts worth as much as  PLN 730-750 million. Filled-up portfolio of orders implies that the in the next year, the Capital Group is expected to earn further PLN 400 million from sales. The year 2009 is to be closed with sales of more than PLN 300 million.

Energomontaż-Południe is also interested in acquisition of two Polish companies specialised in construction works for the power engineering industry. The funds required for that purpose are to be obtained from the issues of 22.6 million of shares planned for January.
