Issue of warrants
On November 6th, 2009 the Company issued 22,582,001 Series A subscription warrants. The warrants were taken over by the following entities:

PBG SA took over 17,743,002 warrants ,

Mr. Andrzej Hołda, who holds the position of the President of the Management Board of Energomontaż - Południe SA, took over 4,838,999 warrants.
The warrants were issued free of charge and they are unassignable. Each of the warrants issued authorises its holder to take over the Company's 1 Series E share at the issue unit price of PLN 3.45.
