The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (Issuer) announces the list of shareholders present at the Issuer's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders convened on 4th September 2009 and resumed on 22nd September 2009 holding at least 5% of the votes in the meeting. In relation to the adjournment of the debates, the Issuer announces that the list of shareholders present at the meeting did not change from the commencement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company Shareholders until the its closing.

Renata Gasinowicz held 7,328,494 shares corresponding to 7,328,494 votes constituting 15.14 % of the total number of votes in the Company and 45.04 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in question.

Stanisław Gasinowicz held 4,868,966 shares corresponding to 4,868,966 votes constituting 10.06 % of the total number of votes in the Company and 29.92 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in question.

Radosław Kamiński held 2,376,000 shares corresponding to 2,376,000 votes constituting 4.91 % of the total number of votes in the Company and 14.60 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in question.

Sławomir Masiuk held 1,200,000 shares corresponding to 1,200,000 votes constituting 2.48 % of the total number of votes in the Company and 7.37 % of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in question.
