Appointment of a Management member
The newly appointed person will support the Company management due to his extensive knowledge and experience in the sphere of commerce. He has been professionally related to the Issuer's enterprise since August 2007. Mr. Jacek Fydrych, within the period from August 2007 until the end of May 2008, was employed in the Issuer's enterprise at the position of a Project Manager. Starting from the beginning of June 2008, he performed the function of an Export Director and Project Manager. At the beginning of December 2008, he was appointed for the position of the Sales and Contracting Department Director and simultaneously performed the function of the Commercial Vice Director. Starting from April 2009, Mr. Frydrych performed the function of a Commercial Director and a Proxy from 6th May 2009. He is currently a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer's subsidiary (PM Amontex Sp. z o.o.). In the previous years, Mr. Jacek Frydrych was employed in the ELWO S.A. electro-filter production plant in Pszczyna at the position of a Project Coordinator.
On 4th September 2009, Mr. Andrzej Hołda assumed the function of a Member of the Management Board and a Commercial Director of Energomontaż-Południe S.A.

Education: major in construction - Master Engineer of Construction
2007 - Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Faculty of Civil Engineering
Mr. Frydrych also obtained a half-year course diploma of Universitat Politechnica De Valencia.
The Management member neither conducts any competitive activity, nor participates in competitive companies as a shareholder of a civil law partnership or a private company, or as a member of an authority of a competitive company or another competitive legal person. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.
On the occasion of appointing a Management Board Member, the Issuer also completed the Company managing personnel by employing Mr. Dariusz Kowzan for the position of a Contracting and Development Director and a Proxy. Mr. Kowzan, starting from 1994, performed a managerial and directing function in Fabryka Kotłów Rafako S.A. in Racibórz.
