Scope of duties:

Management of a construction site in the scope of power engineering construction including:

• Organisation and supervision of work performed by own labourers and subcontractors at the construction site;
• Ensuring appropriate composition and the necessary qualification of the personnel employed at the construction site;
• Supervision of deadlines and qualitative performance of assignments in accordance with the contractual provisions;
• Managing current contacts with business partners;
• Internal and external reporting.

Requirements

• Higher technical education (power engineering / construction / environmental engineering);
• Experience in managing a construction site in the scope of power engineering – boiler’s pressure part;
• Experience in working with internal and external cooperation supervisors;
• Computer literacy in the scope of MS Office, AutoCAD and MS Project;
• Category B driving licence;
• Good knowledge of the German language.
