Correction of a misprint in the extended consolidated periodical report for the first quarter of 2009
The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) informs that the extended consolidated periodical report for the first quarter of 2009 published on 14th May 2009 contains an evident misprint.
The balance of share capital for 31st March 2008 has been wrongly specified in the above-mentioned current report on page 21 in the table presenting unitary list of changes in the equity capital.
There was: PLN 32 335 thousand
There should be: PLN 65 335 thousand
Simultaneously, the Issuer informs that this misprint does not affect other figures specified in other positions of the financial statement and elements of the extended consolidated quarterly report. Thereby, other figures remain valid.
The Management Board of the Company hereby corrects the wrong entry and apologizes for the misprint.
