Financial leasing of the Legnicka Park Popowice real property in Wrocław

On 29 December 2008 Energomontaż-Południe SA and ING Lease (Polska) Sp. z o.o. concluded the agreement of financial leasing of the Legnicka Park Popowice real property in Wrocław. The real property consists of a building of a service and office character, the land and underground garage. The worth of the agreement is equivalent to PLN 55 million. The duration period of leasing was specified as 10 years.
