At the turn of July and August The Company is planning to start new PLN 80 mln worth housing investment.

 

At the turn of July and August, The Company is planning to start new, PLN 80 mln worth housing investment.
First stage includes builing of house estate located in Ligota - southern district of Katowice. Total value of investment, which is divided to three stages, amounts PLN 300 mln. Completing of works of all three stages is planned for 2010. Energomontaż-Południe SA is Principal Contractor of the investment
