The Management Board of Energomontaż-Południe S.A. (the Issuer, the Company) announces that on 12 April 2012 the Company received resignations from membership of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from Mr Stanisław Gasinowicz, Mr Marek Skibiński and Mr Grzegorz Wojtkowiak, as well as the resignation from the function of Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer from Mr Andrzej Wilczyński. The resignations were effective from 12 April 2012. Reasons for the above-mentioned resignations were not given.
